David Rosen is the Executive Director of Partners in Transformation in South Burlington, Vermont. This ministry is dedicated to raising up an extravagant army of worshiping intercessors crying out for revival and societal transformation throughout Vermontand beyond. David is also the director of The Vermont Worship Experiment launching January 19th, 2008 in Historic Williston Vermont. David is also a psalmist and has been involved in music ministry for over 19 years. He carries a unique blend of passion for the bride, having a messianic Jewish heritage and a prophetic gifting to sing and speak the heart of the Father to his people. David carries a heart for the nations and has ministered in the US, Canada, Africa, Albania, Ukraine, Cyprus, Isreal, UK and First Nations people groups. He holds a degree as a Registered Nurse as well as a BA in Biblical studies. David is married to Terri Rosen who joins him in the ministry with their 13 year old daughter Nina and our 3 year old josiah

Cathy Dodge is the Administrater for Partners in Transformation, an intercessor and psalmist. She served for 7 years in a New England regional outreach group, One Acchord, ministering to small rural churches and prisons. It is her heart’s desire to see the realm of music used to it’s full potential in bringing God’s Kingdom reality to the Body of Christ. She has spent missionary time in Haiti, Kenya and Canada with First Nations friends. She is a certified herbalist, and God has opened the doors to use her ministry, Healing Leaves, to focus on nutritional herbalism. She teaches classes from a scriptural foundation and personally coaches individuals to enable them to find their path back to health. Always deferring to God as the divine healer, it is her intent to challenge each person to think about their health in order to be used to their greatest potential for the Kingdom. She and her husband are avid outdoor enthusiasts and spend their spare time skiing and hiking in the mountains of New England.

Jeff is a minister of the Gospel that carries an unending passion to see revival fires burning throughout the world. Jeff has ministered in over 35 nations birthing many churches around the globe as well as witnessing the miracle ministry of Jesus wherever he travels. Jeff also operates in a strong prophetic anointing to speak destiny and God's redemptive purpose over individual lives as well over the corporate body.

Jim Maher serves on the senior leadership team and gives oversight to the Israel Mandate at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, MO. He also serves as a congregational leader - teaches all day seminars – is the author of several books on Israeland the End-Times - travels conducting seminars.
